why did we nuke Japan and not Hitler’s Germany in WW2?
Because the US needed to get Japan to submit before Russia could become involved with the Pacific struggle because part of the treaty made was that if Russia helped to defeat Japan they would receive a larger portion of Germany which America didn’t want.
