How are so many people at 34,000-35,000 tickets already? Are they using a cheat like the Nuke to get tickets? Will they even recieve their prizes?

I personally donot know anybody with 35,000 points. But I have 25,000 plus points. On the site it dose clearly state using cheats will prevent you from getting any prize you earn by using those the cheats.
